Ecotec Services ltd is your one stop domestic and commercial property refurbishment specialist. We cater for a single room to a full building, and have completed many projects on time and to budget. We can manage your project from start to finish, and help with budgets and quantity's required.
We have extensive knowledge of working in France and Switzerland and have undertaken many refurbishments of chalets and office buildings. We have just finished an old mill in Provence that has had a total rebuild, with new plumbing, heating , and electrical services. We also installed solar hot water and an air source heat pump.
Project Management
We can manage your project from start to finish with regular meetings to help you to control budgets etc. We will arrange all trades in the right order and at the right price to make sure the schedule doesn't slip. We employ our own technical services to compliment the build, the mechanical and electrical services are in house, we also have our own bespoke joinery work shop to make those final finishing touches.
We have recently finished a refurbishment of part of a private hospital, on time and to budget, ensuring the refurbishment opened on time was the key concern of the hospital property services manager. Key to the look of the refurbishment was the porch, this was designed and built in out own joinery work shop.

Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical
We employ our own technical trades who are Gas Safe and Nic Eic registered, this is to ensure the most expensive and technical installations go to time and budget, its all to easy for the budget to slip on lighting and plumbing issues.
We have our own joinery work shop that produces the finest bespoke joinery available. We can make a new window or state of the art flight of stairs. Hand built kitchens are a speciality of our work shop, indeed we have many happy clients and will up load photo's soon.
